The wood processing industry extensively uses chains for deep processing of logs and production lines for artificial boards. In the initial processing stage of logs, various types of rice conveyor chains, welded bent plate chains, etc. are mainly selected. In the deep processing stage, high-precision pointed roller chains and clamping conveyor chains are mainly used.

Among them, the pointed tooth roller chain is a derivative product of precision roller chain, which also uses AISI standard roller chain. When the chain and sprocket are combined for transmission, the sharp corners carried by the chain plate are used to clamp and transport wood, with a maximum conveying speed of up to 380m/min. It is applied to precise cutting equipment on wood processing production lines.
