Mount Huangshan Hengjiu No.1 Workshop was recognized as Anhui Digital Workshop
Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Anhui Province officially announced the list of intelligent factories and digital workshops in Anhui Province in 2024, and Mount Huangshan Everlasting high-end special-shaped chain punching and welding joint digital workshop was included in the list.
As the R&D and production base of China's non-standard special-shaped chain, Mount Huangshan Hengjiu has independently explored the path of discrete manufacturing to intelligent transformation and digital transformation since 2021, and implemented the technical transformation project of high-end special-shaped chain punching and welding joint digital workshop. The project utilizes CNC stamping machines, welding robots, AGV carts, and MES systems to transform intermittent stamping, welding, and other production processes into continuous, digital, and intelligent production. After the renovation, not only did it improve production efficiency and energy utilization efficiency, but it also reduced operating costs and product defect rates, and improved the working environment.
